Return Policy

Requirements for returns

We don't accept returns/swapping for wrong sizes ordered. To be eligible for returns either your item is defected or you are extremely unhappy due to the quality. 

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged items and issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • If it is clear that your item is defected or of terrible quality, we will happily resend you another one as we want you to be satisfied with our products.

Wrong Size ordered?

  • If you ordered the wrong size, don't worry. We won't be able to swap it because it tends to be more expensive and takes a long time to receive the mail again. 
  • We offer a 40% discount if you ordered the wrong size, so that you can get the right size at a cheaper price and you will be able to keep the one that isn't the right size and you can give it to family or friends.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If the item is defected or you are extremely not happy, you can request a refund and we will inspect and make a decision based off photos sent. If we see that the item is defected and you don't want a replacement, we will refund you the full amount of the item. However, the shipping price will not be refunded.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
